ARABIC LAHAM FOOD RECIPE

 Arabic Laham Recipe – Its a conventional first-class dinner from Yemen. 


This dish is mainstream in lion's share space of Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, and Turkey. Arabic Laham formula can be set up with meat (sheep or chicken), rice, and combination of flavors. The critical distinction in cooking technique for Arabic Laham from other meat dishes is that the meat is cooked in the oven. To cook Arabic Laham formula, meat is first overflowed with entire flavors until delicate. Basmati rice is cooked in spiced stock. Later the bubbled meat is placed into the 'oven' to meal and fresh. At the point when the rice is done it is smoked by adding a piece of charcoal with some cooking oil spilled on top of it. INGERDIENTS

Mutton 1 kg

Rice 2 cup (soaked for half an hour)

Carrot 2 (grated)

Capsicum 2 (sliced)

Olive oil 4 tbsp

Almond ½ cup

Chicken stock 4 cup

Salt as required

Green cardamom 4

Clove 4

Black pepper 10

Nutmeg 1 pinch

Bay leaf 2

Ginger powder 1 tsp

Lemon 4 (sliced)

Water 1 cup

METHOD

1.Add nutmeg, inlet leaves, ginger powder, dark pepper and clove in a processor and pound well. 

2.Now put mandi flavors in a bowl and add lemon, 2 tablespoon oil, 1 cup water and salt. 

3.Apply this combination to the lamb and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. 

4.Then firmly load with aluminum foil. 

5.Now heat in broiler for 40 minutes. 

6Take out from stove and cook until water dries. 

7.Inflame a piece of coal and spot it in sheep dish. 

8.Now shower a little oil on coal and promptly cover it firmly. 

9.Heat the leftover oil in a skillet, add chicken stock and bubble for some time. 

10.Then add 1 tsp mandi zest. 

11.Now add salt and rice and cook till next to no water is left. 

12.Then blend capsicum and carrot. 

13.Cover firmly and steam on low warmth for 10 - 15 minutes. 

14.When rice is prepared, take it out in platter and put arranged lamb on top. 

15.Garnish with almonds and serve hot
